Blue Garden Studio is a self-contained studio suite in a B&B. Everything you need is here: a king bed, private ensuite with rainfall shower, full kitchen, washer/dryer, dedicated workspace with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, ductless split AC, and a Roku TV with a premium ad-free Netflix account included.
Your Private Outdoor Retreat
Step outside to a fully fenced private garden with dining and lounge seating, umbrella and fans, a BBQ grill, and a screen and projector for outdoor movies. There's also a yoga area with mat and dumbbells. A prepared Movie Night Experience can be arranged in advance.

The full kitchen includes an electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee station with drip coffee maker, French press, and Nespresso. A crib/Pack 'n Play and high chair are available on request. Free driveway parking for up to two vehicles is included.
Guest Access
Self-check-in is by lockbox — no coordination needed. You and your host share the same entry gate; from there, guests follow the path to the studio while the host continues to the main house. The studio, bathroom, and garden are exclusively yours for the entire stay. Free driveway parking is available for up to two vehicles. Street parking nearby may be available but is not guaranteed.

"I was in Miami for a procedure, alone and nervous. I wanted my accommodations to be relaxing, super clean, sanitary, and in a safe location. This place provided all that and more.
